Tyler Bays- Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Tyler grew up in a small town 75 miles west of Fort Worth with a population of 556.
Tyler has a passion for construction and business. He started his first company in 2016 while attending college. Tyler's interest are fitness and health(he does have a craving for chocolate chip cookies sometimes.), hiking, and numbers. Tyler is involved with the community and enjoys giving back.

Chris Lynn- Chief of Operations & Founder
Chris is an Erath county native.
Chris has an eye for detail. He has spent his entire life dedicated to construction and building. Chris enjoys spending his free time with his family. He has two daughters 7 and 6. His interests are the outdoors, adrenaline rushes, and fitness.
